Kona Golf Sales warrants all products to be “as described” on listing.

Purchases made online at konagolfsales.com are final since most products are custom made to the purchasers specifications. However, depending on circumstances returns may be allowed with prior authorization from management.

All returns must have a return authorization number as provided by konagolfsales.com.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, any credit will be issued on authorized returns by way of a store credit which must be used only at konagolfsales.com

Authorized Credits will be issued at invoice value less any freight and handling charges.

Authorized returns must be returned freight prepaid (customer pays shipping charges) back to warehouse.

Any personal data collected will only be used for contact or order processing between KonaGolfSales and the individual making contact.
