Description
Innovative Progressive Blade Height
Experience precision at every swing with the 979SS irons, designed for players seeking advanced game improvement. The progressive blade height design transitions seamlessly through the set, from semi-shallow long irons to conventional short irons, helping to optimize the center of gravity (CG) placement for superior performance. Lower loft irons benefit from a CG designed for higher launch angles, while higher loft irons maintain a more traditional setup.
Semi-Wide Sole for Solid Contact
The semi-wide sole design of these Component Golf Club Heads enhances your shots in all grass and turf conditions. Its symmetrical width, combined with a face-to-back sole radius and blunt leading edge, ensures clean, solid contact every time. This thoughtfully engineered sole shape supports consistency and reliability, making it ideal for improving player confidence.
Premium Quality and Customization
The undercut back cavity of the 979SS Component Golf Club Heads pairs with the semi-wide sole for improved launch angle assistance while maintaining a lower CG. Twin Weight Bores accommodate a maximum headweight addition of up to 15g, enabling tailored fittings to match your preferred length and shaft weight combinations. Crafted with precision from 431 stainless steel, these irons offer ease in loft and lie adjustments and feature a bright satin finish with stylish cosmetic highlights. Available for both right-handed and left-handed players, the 979SS irons cater to diverse preferences for ultimate satisfaction.
